No Chris Beard, no problem. The University of Little Rock has won the Sun Belt by going 15-5 in league play. With 5’7” guard Markquis Nowell leading the way, the Trojans certainly look like the team to beat. The event has a new format where the top two teams have an automatic run to the Semifinals. The rest of the league has some quality teams that are capable of winning the league title, whether it be Texas State, South Alabama, or Georgia State. Many expect Little Rock to win the league title but in the Sun Belt, nothing can be taken for granted.
