I listed all of Gordon’s schools because he’s been to three schools in two years and has played less than 20 total games. The Former Top-100 recruit, played 13 Games as a Billiken, had 8 PPG and 4 RPG, before transferring mid-season to DePaul, where he never suited up there and transferred again, this time to Northwest Florida State CC, Where he was later kicked out mid-season, Carte’are has stated they mislead and lied to him on his twitter page, but leaving 3 schools in a year and a half isn’t a great look. He’s obviously talented and someone will take a chance on him, plus he can play right away.
Bienemy the Nephew of Kansas City Chiefs Offensive Coordinator, and former NFL Running Back, Eric Bienemy. Bienemy who just finished his Sophomore year averaged 5 PPG, 4 RPG, 2 APG, is a solid defender and has a good Basketball mind. He’s not that good from a scoring perspective, shooting only 34% from the field, 25% from three, but maybe during his year off he can improve.
Seton Hall Forward
Thompson who is now 23, started at Syracuse in 2016-17 and had 9 PPG, 4 RPG. He then moved onto Seton Hall and where he sat out in 2017-18, but wow he did NOT have a good career as a Pirate, he had 4 PPG in 2018-19, playing only 10 minutes a game, then played one game in 2019-20 and decided to enter the Portal. The reason he is here is that he was a Top 100 recruit, is 6’11 and a Grad-Transfer, if Joshua Tomaic can end up at SDSU, Thompson can land somewhere solid.
Air Force Guard
Walker is lower on my list than many probably, he’s a great shooter at 40% but he only had 11 PPG and has to sit. Most of Air Force’s scoring was from LaVelle Scottie and Ryan Swan, but I’m just not sure where Walker fits, is he a come off the bench and shoot a couple of threes type-guy at a High-Major school, while he is a 25-30 MPG guy who starts at a Mid-Major like at Air Force… we’ll have to see. Walker is 6’2 191, so he may struggle defensively at a High Major so that’s why I have guys like Bienemy ahead of him.
Franco Miller Jr
Ole Miss Guard
Miller Jr red-shirted in 2018-19, and only played 19 games in 2019-20 and 7 MPG, he averaged 0.3 PPG so he didn’t do anything. He held offers from Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon, St. Bonaventure but chose Ole Miss. I’m sure Miller Jr will end up at a lower high-major or good mid-major and that may be the best for him.
Holy Cross Guard
Just like Joe Pridgen who just committed to UNCW, and by the way he was #4 in my list, but of course he decided to commit the DAY the article was coming out so Andrew Garcia was added. After that small rant, back to Lowder had 14 PPG, and is sitting one and playing 3 years, at this point of the Portal it’s an upside thing and that’s what Lowder has.
Miami Ohio Guard
Sibande is down to Georgia, Georgetown, Xavier, Arkansas, Alabama. Sibande has to Sit One-Play One which drops him on my list, usually if you’re getting a Sit-Out guy you want more than one season. The 6’4″ Guard had 13 PPG, 5 RPG, 1 APG, 44% From the field, but he’s not much of a shooter only 32% from three. I think he goes to Georgetown most likely but I don’t know honestly but that’s my best guess.
The 6’7″ Sit One-Play Two Forward from the Bronx only had 3 PPG. He’s not a good shooter but has great athleticism and was a 4-star recruit so someone will take a chance on him.
